| Recherche | Dynamique des populations et des peuplements de poissons en réponse aux variabilités environnementales.
Face à la multiplicité des perturbations (stress de salinité, contaminations métalliques, organiques, radio nucléides), il faut pouvoir utiliser une multiplicité d’outils d’évaluation à différentes échelles d’observation : organismes, populations, communautés et écosystème. Ces différentes approches sont nécessaires et complémentaires :
- les indicateurs de communautés, intégrateurs de l’état de santé général de l’écosystème (richesse spécifique, indices de diversité classiques ou taxonomiques, structure des peuplements), ces indicateurs ne permettent pas forcément de détecter de façon précoce une perturbation mais ont une pertinence écologique certaine,
- les indicateurs réalisés au niveau des populations (reproduction, recrutement, croissance et mortalité),
- les indicateurs obtenus au niveau individuel (bio marqueurs, facteur de condition, micro-chimie de l’otolithe).
