| Recherche | | Dans un contexte d’anthropisation croissante des milieux (cas des pays développés) ou dans celui d’une meilleure valorisation de la ressource (cas des pays en voie de développement) où la protection de la qualité des eaux s’avère de nos jours une priorité, notre problématique a pour finalité une meilleure gestion des milieux naturels, à partir de la connaissance des facteurs contrôlant l’activité des communautés biologiques. L'ensemble de mes activités de recherche au sein de l’IRD depuis mon recrutement en 1988 s'inscrit dans ce cadre avec la préoccupation de mieux comprendre la structuration et le mode de fonctionnement des réseaux trophiques pélagiques à partir de l’analyse de plusieurs chaînons biologiques (bactéries, phytoplancton, protozoaires) et de leurs interrelations sachant que ces communautés intègrent à la fois les effets individuels et cumulatifs de plusieurs sources de perturbations externes ou internes au système. | | Enseignement | Enseignement au sein du module « Usage et Fonctionnement des Ecosystèmes aquatiques » à Montpellier en janvier 1996 et novembre 2000 ;
